Vintage Sheer Layering Skirt

Vintage sheer tulle/net layering skirt From the water of Alabama Shakespeare Festival but no play label so I’m not sure what play it was used in Open in the front. Ties at waist —- belt is not included however I do have it listed for sale —- I just wanted to show how you could style The bottom of the skirt is hemmed with a structured strip to give it weight, form, and movement Wear over a dress or pants or swim or as a costuming piece !!
