Vintage Shawnee Planter

Cute top hat design in a periwinkle or light blue color. This is an upside down top hat. The bottom portion is ribbed with stars scattered around. Top portion is smooth (looks like the hat brim). Photos show details and dimensions. No post production flaws noted. From Shawnee Pottery, marked USA on bottom. Very good vintage condition.
