Vintage Shady Lane Denim Patchwork Dress

Shady Lane Vintage Denim Patchwork Dress Not sure if it’s 50s, 60s, or 70s - I got it at a vintage shop awhile back and never wore it. It’s not made of denim, it’s made of a slightly stretchy smooth fabric. Please see pictures for exact measurements. I included a picture of what the dress looks like on me - for reference I am 5’7 and weigh 125 pounds. My waist is about 26 inches but this dress fits a bit loose on me so it would also fit a 27 inch waist well.
