You can wear dress clips on your dress, sweater, hats anywhere it will clip to. The back of clips have 4 little prongs to hold in place. Clips measure 1-3/4th inches long x 1 inch wide. Good working clips on back. No designer hallmarks. Year: about 1940s. Very good vintage condition. z.oo
