Vintage Set of 2 Candlesticks Clear w/ Hand painted Orange, Gold & Flowers

Beautiful coordinating but not matching set of 2 candlesticks. Clear glass width wide flat base Hand-painted with or orange rimming and gold with delicate colorful flowers. Some minor gold wear with age. No cracks or chips. I’m not certain of the maker. I’ve seen similar Westmoreland versions with black instead of orange. I cannot be sure
