Vintage Chez California Designed By Tandy breezy chiffon dress with beading. It has an off the body fit and it hits below knee/midi. It features a round gathered yolk neckline with a beautiful triangle shaped beaded detail at the center neckline. There is also gathering at the shoulders, fitted button cuffs and a back zipper closure. It is semi sheer and could be worn as a layering piece or be more revealing alone. In good vintage condition, the fiber and size tag has been removed. I believe it may be a polyester chiffon and may fit size M-L *Although this is a free flowing garment please be sure to check the shoulder and sleeve measurements.
