Vintage Seiko 7123-8439 Men’s Watch 34mm SQ Super Quartz Blue Dial Stainless Condition: Some minor wear from age as shown, one side of the bracket attachment looks like it has a random dot of soldering material. Has a new battery installed, and the second hand ticks properly.. BUT the minute and hour hands do not seem to move. That function needs repair. Still a beautiful watch!
