amadison61 What does that mean 24-48 hour run time? Do you have to wear it everyday to not lose time?

tyronegreen134 @amadison61 Hi, so it is a manual-winding watch. Wearing it won't wind it up. Only automatics will do that. Manual wind watches typically start with a 40-hour reserve, meaning fully wound it will keep time for that long. So, with most mechanical watches, you will need to wind it up each day to ensure it keeps time. The older they are, the more issues there can be without servicing. A

tyronegreen134 lot of mechanical watches will be posted for sale as "running" but that could be for just 10 minutes. I know because I've been duped a few times. Therefore it is important that when I post a functioning mechanical watch, that you know it is good for at least 24 hours. If it is not, then it's kind of junk. Long answer but hope that helps.
