Vintage Scott McClintock Victorian Gothic velvet dress with power should…

Wow. I can’t believe this dress still has tags on it. My guess is the 80s little puff sleeves with some large shoulder pads. Kind of a mutton chop feeling in a black velvet that’s been over embroidered with a metallic and purple and blue thread. The scallop dropwaist is trimmed in gold to a velvet skirt. There is a cut out back. And is back zipper. This is Deadstock new with tags and in excellent condition
