Vintage Scheurich-Keramik W.Germany Cookie Jar

This beautiful cookie jar is not actually a cookie jar. Traditionally it was used to store fruit soaked in rum - 6 liters worth! With the lid, it is just over 13” tall x 9”x9” at the widest part. There are raised apples on the front, and a variety of raised fruit on the back. No cracks or chips. The only thing that could be added is a gasket for the lid. It did not come with one. Excellent Used Condition!
