Vintage Scarce Belle Deluxe Handpainted "Arc De Triomphe" Compact With Mirror

Very scarce Belle DeLuxe powder compact with mirror by Bell Plastics Corporation, New York. Vintage Lucite handpainted light blue background with Paris Scenery -"Arc De Triomphe. The painting is on top of the lucite. This is from the 1940s. The product that was in these compacts was referred to as Belle de Luxe. No product or puff is included. No chips or cracks. The metal hinges and closure work. I believe this was my moms. I have had it for forty or more years. I have seen examples with a museum and the Eiffel Tower. Sold prices on various Paris scenery Bell lucite compacts and a high level of detail have sold up to $140 with powder, puff, and screen in the darker blue (1950s) background color. Questions?
