This is A LOT of dress! Eye popping ombre scallop print. Synthetic (poly? nylon?) doubleknit (no stretch) maxi dress. The neck had elastic, but it's all stretched out. Drawstring waist. The tag is illegible. 21" nylon zipper in back. Chest: 42". Waist: 40". Hips: 42" Hem: 56" Length - HPS to Hem: 61"

@jackie_whoa The neck is totally stretched out (see new photo)! I think it’d be easy to pick the stitching at the zipper and pull the slack on the dead elastic and restitch. You don’t really need functional elastic on the neckline because of the zipper.
