Sweetheart neckline, arm edges and bottom of the top has rows of blue beading, then silver sequin designs with gold beading around the edges. The rest of the top part of dress, front and back has wavy blue and gold beading. Has shoulder pads and back zipper. The bottom of the dress is solid navy flowing skirt. 100% Polyester.
