Vintage Sarah Coventry signed frosted feathers necklace from 1963. Textured

This necklace is silver-tone and the chain is gold tone. Don’t know if this is discoloration or natural. The piece is over 60 years old so it is in vintage condition. Very elegant with textured accents to the leaves to appear frosted. 17” long, hook closure.
