No hallmarks but these appear to be classic 1960's Japan made with plastic stoppers. One of the stoppers is missing but can be easily replaced if you plan to use this set. In otherwise very good vintage condition - minor flaking on the painted surfaces but nothing significant and no chips or cracks or crazing - totally cute and so fun!
