This union-made gem dates to the late 1970s or early 1980s, identifiable by its ILGWU label with the red-white-blue mark used from 1974–1984. Crafted in the U.S.A., it’s made from a lightweight, woven fabric with a softly structured drape. (Bodice is lined, skirt and sleeve portion unlined and sheer. )The stretch waistband cinches the silhouette just right while the long, flowing skirt adds movement and elegance.
