Vintage Samantha High Rise Red Pleated Shorts 80s

These scream 80s. All you need is a white Izod and a Navy blue J. Crew sweater to go around your neck and Speary’s! Instant preppy look! These made made in the USA shorts from Samantha are gently used, but still have love to give! The stitching is a little worn I places, but those are hidden when the shorts are on. Also, these say size 16 and they measure 15.5” laying flat. I’m not sure 16 and that measurement adds up because I just got to a size 16 and I could not fit into these, sadly.
