Very well made vintage skirt from Saks. The bottoms are shell giving off a pretty pearly finish. Front pockets. There is no fabric tag, but feels like polyester. Interior tag reads size 12, but it measures as a small. Waist is 13.5 inches across, 19 inches across the hips and 20 inches long. In excellent condition.
