Vintage Sabene Pants See Measurements for Sizing

Vintage pair of Sabene pants, almost like a harem pants shape. They are a grey/black with shots of red, blue, green, and yellow throughout (see pic 5). The are in great condition, but it doesn't have the size tag anymore and I can't remember what size they are, other than the waist makes them about a size 6. Made in the U.S.A.
