Vintage SUBURBAN PETITES is vintage and is in excellent pre-owned condition. This skirt was made in the USA by Ladies Garment Workers Union. The label says 12 but it is more like a small today, waist is 28". Please see measurements in photos. Skirt seems like silk, but no materials tag to verify, very high sheen.
