Vintage STAR ART Brooch

Gorgeous, Art Deco Era STAR ART Brooch, 12 KT Gold Filled. Scroll design with two shades of blue rhinestones as well as clear ones; all are pronged. The reverse is stamped “STAR ART 4/20 12K G.F.”. These are said to be gold plated over sterling silver but there is no mark to indicate the silver. The dangles are articulated, they move back and forth. Rollover Clasp works fine, just take care not to open it with force. EUC.
