Does not include the original remote or antenna. It is missing the iPod port cover. All functions (besides transmitting radio since there is no antenna) work perfectly. Clock, iPod doc and playability, volume controls, power source etc work without issue. The top of the unit does have some cosmetic wear consistent with previous use (scratches/scuffs).
