Vintage “Ruth Alan Designs” Hat - great Condition

This is a fantastic Vintage 50’s Dressy hat —it’s in great condition for its age —it has an elastic for your chin so it doesn’t fly off, but you don’t have to wear it —has amazing detailing - —at the back it has a pin to hold it down; but someone could easily see if it or mess with the stick pin & wear it —fab for a wedding
