Beautiful Vintage Russian Russia Soviet USSR solid 14K 583 Rose Pink Gold Created Ruby Corundum Solitaire Ring about size 6.5-6.75 (stamped "583 with star, hammer and sickle" and acid tested). Top of the ring is about 9/16" in width. Ruby is about 11mm by 8mm. This unique ring weighs about 7.2 grams and is in good vintage used pre-owned condition.
