Vintage Russ Troll with Visor, Racetrack, Casino, Retiree

This Russ troll is wearing green striped pants, a white shirt, and a visor. He looks like he’s enjoying retirement or working at a casino or racetrack. There is a snag on his shirt (see photo) and stickiness on his foot from the tag, but he is otherwise in great condition. The string on the snag could probably be cut to make it less noticeable. From a non-smoking home.
