Essentially it can fit a M- XL (I’m an XL and it fits beautifully) since it’s a cape/cloak. 80% new wool 20% polyamide the cape has 2 button closure on the chest and two button closures on the arms. Removable attached scarf. It is smooth and not itchy. Super comfortable to wear.
