This is a vintage Delfts Blue plate made by Boch (Belgium) featuring a painting signed by artist J. Sonneville. The plate depicts a classic Dutch winter scene with a windmill, cottage and people on a frozen canal. Deep cobalt blue on a creamy white background with scalloped, floral border. 15.5 inches across. Heavy duty wire wall hanger attached on back. No chips or cracks - beautiful!
