Vintage Royal Silk 100% Pure Silk High Waist Knee Length Blue Pencil Skirt Sz 14 This is a gorgeous vintage skirt by Royal Silk. Made in a bright periwinkle blue 100% silk. Features a high waist with subtle pleating, hidden back zipper and button closure, hits right above the knee (depending on your height), and fully lined with a matching periwinkle satin. This is in excellent vintage condition. This would make a gorgeous addition to any closet. Comes with a replacement button if needed. It is a vintage size 14.
