It's a vintage piece, Woman Holding Flower Basket Figurine, from Royal Sealy Japan, known for producing porcelain figurines and decorative items. Condition: The gold pinstripe is interrupted in various areas around the base, as pictured. Left foot toe of shoe looks like there is a break or hole on the left toe of shoe. I rechecked that area. There is no hole just a lighting problem. It is missing some gold paint on the toe, as pictured.
