Vintage (2003) Roxy halter top. Worn once back in 2003, excellent condition. I stupidly cut the tag out back then so measurements are included, I would put it between a loose medium or a snug large. Pictures are taken both with and without flash to show the sparkle in the decal, the color is a soft periwinkle. The last image measuring the length is the best representation of the color.
