Vintage Round Flying Saucer Shaped Paper Weight Blown Glass & Controlled Bubbles

A flying saucer in various shades of blue and controlled bubbles. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It measures 4 inches in circumference. It is signed in 3 places. In the middle is S.M.H. then at the top and bottom of initials there are 2 more signatures. After a few hours of searching I still cannot read the signatures. I don't see any wear on the piece but on the bottom it is flat and you see a couple of stuff marks. It is expected and does not take away from the presentation or use of the piece.
