Gorgeous vintage blouse by L Rothschild. In some pictures it appears there is pink but it's a reflection. Colors are blue, black, & silver. Shoulder pads. Semi-Sheer. There are some sequins missing (see pics) but it's nothing super noticeable. Overall in very good condition.
