Vintage Rose Quartz & Black Mesh Handmade One Of A Kind Boho Festival Necklace

This handmade one of a kind Rose Quartz wrapped necklace was created by yours truly. I work mostly with vintage pieces of jewelry as well as gems and stones in my work; no no two pieces are exactly alike. My process involves deconstructing and reconstructing jewelry and accessories in unexpected, often sculptural ways, giving them a new life. My work encompasses the theme of connection - using portions of multiple existing pieces that form one unique “work of art”. This necklace is constructed using a piece of rough rose that is wrapped in a delicate piece of sparkling black vintage mesh. It features a silver metal ring on the top of the piece that holds a part of the mesh trimmed with sequins. The piece has a black adjustable leather cord that measures approximately 12”.
