Vintage Rona New York Midi Dress With Bishop Sleeves and Pockets

This beautiful light blue vintage Rona New York dress from the 1960s has a gathered pattern surrounding the neckline, bishop sleeves with snap closures at wrists, partial lining, and two full size pockets. There are belt loops but no belt, however the belt loops are so small that they would not be noticeable if you chose to wear it without a belt.. Excellent vintage condition with no spots or stains, rips or tears. The tag says size 16 but would probably better fit a modern day 8. This items has been recently dry-cleaned. Measurements (laying flat): Approx. 20” across chest 21” across waist.
