Vintage Romantic Button-Up Blouse with Ruffles and Lace

I cut tag off years ago, the material is lightweight and sheer. The last pic shows a safety pin with a string/ribbon of the material that was used to hold that string in place after it was tied into a bow. Approx measurements: length 24.2", bust 19.5", waist 19", hip 20", sleeve less than 15". Pet friendly home but kept in spare room closet. Wood background is dining table, not the floor.
