Vintage - Rolling Stones 1981 American Tour

Here is an original Rolling Stones tee from their 1981 U.S. Tour. A RARE FIND! An original Single Stitch Hanes tee. In early 1981, the group reconvened leaving little time to write and record a new album, as well as to rehearse for the tour. That year's resulting album, "Tattoo You", featured a number of outtakes from other recording sessions, including lead single "Start Me Up", which reached number 2 in the US and ranked number 22 on Billboard's Hot 100 year-end chart. Two songs ( "Waiting on a Friend" (US number 13) and "Tops") featured Mick Taylor's unused rhythm guitar tracks, while jazz saxophonist Sonny Rollins played on "Slave", "Neighbours", and "Waiting on a Friend".
