Vintage Rockies Rocky Mountain Women’s jeans‎ bareback pinstripe dark wash

It’s hard to tell what size these jeans are based on the tag because it seems to be washed off when I measure. It shows a way side of around 22 to 23 and on the tag it says the inseam is 38 but it’s more like 35 or 36.
