*Description: This is a vintage pair of roadrunner solid copper earrings with turquoise accents from Bells Trading Post from the 1970s. This pair looks to have never been worn but it still may have wear from handling. The earwires are gold filled and the roadrunner is solid copper. The hallmark with SOLID COPPER and the image of the bell in the middle was used prior to the selling of the company in later years.
Bell Trading Post was founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1932 by Jack Michelson and his wife Mildred. They sold southwest style jewelry at various tourist locations in the United States.
