This is a beautiful vintage maxi skirt by Richard Shops of England. The skirt dates from the 1970s Amazing long skirt sewn on the bias to create a dramatic wide flare maxi skirt. Covered in yellow, orange & cream flower power of magnolias, daisies & poppies on a polka dot on lavender background, this is a statement piece! The hem is cut in wide scallops. 7" zipper in back with a hook & eye closure. Solid waistband is 1" wide. There is an English size 24 tag.
