vixies13Hello. No rhinestones missing as you can see it in pictures. Also it’s meant to be a choker just like you see on the mannequin. When I’ll get home I’ll measure it as best as I can since you can’t lay it flat lengthwise. I would assume for a choker it’s usually 16”.
