Description: This is a long brooch from the 1940s to early 1950s signed Nat Halpern. There is a raised clear rhinestone top portion with hanging silver tone mesh with two prong set rhinestones and on the bottom is a clear rhinestone triangle dangling below. The brooch is 4 inches in length and the bottom section is 1 1/4 Inches across.
