Vintage Rhinestone Green & Clear Swirl Brooch, Aurora Borealis

*Description: This is a beautiful swirl brooch which has two large green teardrop shaped rhinestones near the center and then rows of green and aurora borealis rhinestones swirled around the center with a gold plated backing. This brooch was made to be worn on a thick material as the pin extends well past the rolling c clasp. The unique feature of this brooch is the safety cover which is removable and fits over the long pin tip. Please see photos for the demonstration of how the brooch looks with and without the safety. I place this brooch in circulation from the mid-1950s to early 1960s.
