Vintage Retro Blue Quilted Striped Bow Dress with Cut Out Sleeve Small / Medium

Adorable unique vintage dress, no tag or size so please see measurements. Fabric does not have stretch. Small flaws, small snag and at the bottom of zipper seams are pulling apart and can tell when dress is unzipped but not noticeable when zipped and an easy fix. Please see photos. Sleeve has cut out details that add an extra flare to the dress!
