Vintage Retro 70s Large Eyes Owl Wood Wall Plaque MCM Reno Dice Harrahs?

Welcome to my closet 😊 Thank you for visiting! In very good condition with the exception of one small chip in it's claw as seen in the photo. Please examine photos closely. I don't know what it's made of, maybe plaster on a piece of wood? It's just adorable and in its' claws it has stolen a dice from Reno. The dice has Harrahs and Reno on it. Probably a souvenir piece.
