Vintage Retro 60s-70s Vibe knitted Cape Poncho- See Measurements for sizing

Super cool retro vintage knit sweater cape/poncho tan, dark orange and dark brown heart design. It is missing 2 buttons, there is no tag for brand or size unfortunately. I couldn’t find much information on it. You will have to look at the measurements for sizing I would say med or large?? Maybe??
