Vintage Requirements Aqua Floral Ruffle Midi Skirt

Vintage Requirements bright aqua floral midi skirt with ruffles at the hem. Has an allover blue and purple flower print. Stretchy waistband. Made of 100% polyester and is a size medium. Could also fit a size large. Has a small stain on the front (see last photo), but otherwise in good condition. Color is a brighter aqua color than what the photos may appear to be. Measurements: Waist-14.5 to 18.5 inches Length- 31 inches long spring, summer, florals
