Vintage Alligator/Crocodile Purse. Very good condition. Minor flaws. No fading. Interior is gusseted with a zipper pocket on one side. Interior is very clean except for a very small pen mark on one side of the gusseted lining. Gold-tone accents are shiny except for very small spots of tarnish on the side inserts. Stationary handle is wrapped in skin and shows no wear. There's a decorative seam/inset that's about 2" wide at top. (in photo may look like wear/fading but isn't). Carrying strap covers the gold-tone side inserts when the purse is being carried. Gold-tone side inserts show when the purse is opened. Decorative clasp at the top is somewhat dull,but works great. Two bottom corners have a slight indentation. There's a blemish on the left side of the carrying strap, possibly from being pulled through the rings when the purse was opened. Right side of the strap has one crack in the skin (only seen if bent) and a 1 1/2" long spot that's showing very slight wear on one side of edge from the strap being pulled through the top rings. Measurements: Approximately 9" tall, 7" wide at the bottom tapering to 6 1/4" at the very top. Bottom is 8" long, 3 1/4" wide. The gusseted opening is 6 1/2" wide. Strap drop from top of purse to top of strap approximately 6 1/4". Very unique vintage purse has been gently used and is in very good pre-owned condition. It can still be used for years.
