Beautiful little sterling repousse heart charm to add to your collection. Marked sterling in the back along with the initials AK for this person's loved one. Lovely design on the front with a slight puff. In good vintage condition. There is a noticeable dent on the front and the back also is not perfectly flat. Please see photos for details and condition.
