Vintage Regency Signed Rhinestone Clip On Earrings 1960’s

Stunning high quality rhinestones and the colors together are just so yummy! This pair is signed Regency on the clips, black matte setting, about an inch. In excellent condition, see pics Regency was made from the 1950s to the 1970s by Regina Novelty Company which was based in New York City and owned by the Polowitz family. The jewelry produced was known for spectacular color hues, high quality designs, superior materials and fine workmanship.
