This is a classic stone pendant - genuine stone - likely dyed Howlite - lots of these in the 80’s/90’s and this likely dates to then. Shaped like a crystal - classic veining typical of Howlite (a white stone naturally). Fairly thick silver-tone bale and harness for the “crystal”. Nice quality old silver tone 18” trace chain with lobster clasp and 2” extender.
